At KarlBen, we value your trust and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we provide a fair and transparent refund and return process in accordance with consumer protection laws.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Items must be in the same condition as received, with all original tags, labels, and seals intact.

Certain products, including perishable goods, personalized/custom items, or products marked “Final Sale,” are not eligible for return.
2. How to Start a Return
If you wish to return an item:

Contact Us – Email sales@karlben.com with your order number, the product(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for return.

Return Authorization – Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.

Ship the Item – Send the item(s) back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

Inspection & Confirmation – Once received, we will inspect the return and confirm whether it is approved.
3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, contact us at sales@karlben.com within 7 days of delivery.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Opened or used supplements or cosmetics (for health and safety reasons).

Gift cards.

Clearance or “Final Sale” items.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@karlben.com and include photos of the product and packaging. We will provide either a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped.

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but may still be eligible for return (see conditions above).
