At KarlBen, we are committed to providing high-quality supplements and cosmetics for sports and beauty. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a fair and transparent refund and return policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The item must be in the same condition as received, with all original tags, labels, and seals intact.
  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized products, or items marked as “Final Sale”, are not eligible for returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at sales@karlben.com with your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
  3. Ship the Product: You are responsible for shipping the product back to us at the following address:

  4. Inspection & Approval: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item received, damaged item).

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at sales@karlben.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used supplements and cosmetics due to health and safety regulations.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items purchased on clearance or marked as “Final Sale”.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us at sales@karlben.com with photos of the product and packaging within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
